Compatible with iOS 8, 9, 10 and 11.
DarkNumberBadge is my new Tweak that gives you the visual option to make Dark/Black all the Numbers (the Notifications) of the Badges.
If you tap/open an App, the related Badge comes back to the Default White Color, do a Respring from Settings to get them Dark/Black again!
