Compatible with iOS 4 through 10

This tweak will get rid of those pesky Notification badges without disabling them. Each time you launch a app the tweak asks you if you want to clear it of badges or just continue launching it.

Enable/disable from settings app.

Re-enable settings.
Note: AppList doesn't seem to function on iOS 10 yet, so the blacklist is not functional.

Added compatibility for iOS 9.X.X & 10.X.X.
