Set a background for the Control Center on iOS 10+

Configure the tweak in settings.

Enable in settings, pick an image, the tweak takes care of everything it even auto-resprings!

As of right now Noctis and other dark mode tweaks for the CC aren't supported.

When using Noctis or any other CC tweak make sure Legacy is set to off or it may affect performance.

-Fixed legacy mode issues (broke in the last update).

-Fixed issues with random resprings (due to memory leak from useless code).
-Removed useless code.
-Fixed slow and laggy CC when opened.
